Kevin Bradley Dsouza

CEO & CTO

Kevin Bradley Dsouza is the CEO & CTO of Symbolia AI, where he leads the development of AI scientist systems for therapeutic discovery. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia and was a Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Waterloo. His work spans AI systems, computational biology, and scientific software. At Symbolia, Kevin brings this cross-domain background together to build closed-loop discovery platforms for protein targets, molecules, biologics, and validation-ready therapeutic programs.

Carol Blaizy Dsouza

COO

Carol Blaizy Dsouza is COO of Symbolia AI, where she leads operations, partnerships, and program strategy for AI scientist platforms. An environmental humanities scholar with a PhD from IIT Madras, she works across language, curriculum, translation, and AI. Her experience spans research programs, Indian-language technology projects, and project management, giving Symbolia a bridge between scientific discovery, partnership execution, and grounded implementation.
